1. Order Processing Time
Orders typically ship within 3–5 working days after confirmation, unless otherwise noted.

2. Shipping Methods & Charges

Standard shipping across India.

Charges calculated based on destination and order size.

3. Delivery Estimates

Metro cities: Delivery in 3–7 days.

Remote areas: May take up to 10–14 days. 

4. Tracking
Once shipped, a tracking link will be emailed to you.

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If product arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us immediately with photos and order details. We’ll coordinate resolution or replacement.

6. International Shipping
 Currently, we ship only within India.

7. Click & Collect 
Local customers may opt for pickup from our Modinagar office—notify us 24 hours in advance.

8. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled for a full refund if the request is made before shipping. Cancellations post-shipment are not allowed.
