CASAVERVE INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED – Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Return Period
Customers may request a return within 15 days of delivery provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.

2. Return Eligibility
Returns accepted only if:

Product is defective or damaged.

Incorrect item was delivered.

Item is unused, with tags and packaging intact.

3. Process for Returns
Email us at info.casaverve@gmail.com with your order details (order number, product name, date). We'll guide you through the return steps.

4. Refund Options

Full refund to the original payment method.

Store credit or replacement (at your discretion).

5. Shipping for Returns
If the return is due to our error (defect/damage/wrong item), we cover return shipping costs. Otherwise, return shipping is paid by the customer.

6. Refund Timeline
Refunds processed within 7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

7. Exchanges
Exchanges are processed as refunds followed by a new order.

8. Non-Returnable Items
Custom or made-to-order products are non-returnable unless defective.

9. Legal Rights
These terms do not affect your statutory rights under Indian law. Consumers retain all rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
