Exchanges

Exchanges are handled separately and can be initiated directly on our website after purchasing a product. Exchanges are permitted under the following conditions:

  2. Defective Product: If you receive a defective product, an exchange can be processed.

Important Note for Defective Products:
For defective products, you must provide photographic evidence taken during the unboxing of the product. This is essential to verify the condition of the product upon delivery and to ensure a fair assessment. Please take clear photographs or videos while unboxing the product to capture any visible issues. Failure to provide this evidence may result in the exchange request being denied.
